My passion for creating successful salons, spas, and medspas is woven into my story. I grew up in the heart of a hair salon, watching my mom work her magic and build lasting client relationships. At just 12, I started working in a small-town Missouri tanning salon—earning free tans and a bit of commission on lotions (don’t judge me for loving a good tan!). Those early days taught me the value of service, professionalism, and the importance of every detail in running a beauty business.

I loved helping my mom—washing hair (sometimes spraying more water on the ceiling than in the sink!), combing out clients, and perfecting blowouts. If someone wanted their hair pin-straight and white eyeliner sharp, I was ready to help. These experiences showed me how much impact we have when we truly listen to clients and guide them toward what makes them feel their best.
